What these vendors can receive

Data ConvertUnlimited's own code stores

ConvertUnlimited's own first-party JavaScript does not call the browser's localStorage or sessionStorage APIs anywhere on the site, and does not set cookies through document.cookie. Tool state, such as a selected file or a chosen output format, exists only in page memory for the duration of that browser tab and is cleared on refresh or navigation.

Any cookie or local-storage behavior you observe on the public site comes from the Google scripts described above, not from ConvertUnlimited's own tool code.

File processing

For supported tools, selected file contents are processed locally in your browser using browser APIs and client-side JavaScript libraries. ConvertUnlimited does not provide a server-side upload endpoint for those processing flows.

Local processing does not mean every browser or device can handle every file. Large files, unsupported formats, memory limits, and browser differences can still cause a tool to fail locally.

Third-party libraries used for processing

The optional 'AI Deep Cutout' mode in the background-remover tool loads an additional library from jsDelivr and downloads an approximately 40MB model file on first use; this is a larger, one-time network transfer specific to that mode and does not apply to the tool's default background-removal mode.

Public site and privacy build

The privacy build at privacy.convertunlimited.com is generated separately, without Google Tag Manager, AdSense, remote fonts, or CDN-hosted libraries; the same processing libraries are vendored locally instead, and the build ships a Content-Security-Policy with connect-src set to 'none'. It is the intended version for privacy-sensitive review.

Do not treat the public, ad-supported site as evidence for privacy claims that only apply to the separate privacy build.

For questions about this notice, a specific cookie, or how a tool handles a file, email info@convertunlimited.com with the page URL and a description of your question. Because supported tools do not send file contents to a server, ConvertUnlimited generally has no stored copy of a file you processed to locate, export, or delete on request.
