Do not attach private files, tokens, credentials, or document contents to a message unless you have created a deliberately non-sensitive test file for debugging purposes.
Reporting a tool bug
Include the exact tool URL, browser name and version, operating system, approximate file type and size, and whether the same issue happens in the privacy build at privacy.convertunlimited.com. Describe what you expected the tool to do and what happened instead; a screenshot or short recording using a non-sensitive test file speeds up triage.
Because supported tools process files locally in your browser rather than on a server, ConvertUnlimited generally has no copy of the file you were working with and cannot recover or inspect it after the fact.
Security disclosure
SECURITY.md in the project repository describes the disclosure process: state whether the issue affects the public site, the generated privacy build in dist/privacy-build/, or both, and include the affected page or tool, browser and OS, a proof of concept, and whether file contents, file metadata, or network behavior are affected.
Do not publish exploit details before the issue has been triaged. Triage is handled on a best-effort basis within 7 days, and a fix or mitigation plan for confirmed issues is targeted within 30 days; a confirmed privacy regression in the privacy build is treated as blocking for that build's release.
Reporting an ad or content problem
For a factual error, a broken guide link, or copy that misdescribes a tool's behavior, email the address above with the page URL and a short description of the problem.
What we cannot do
ConvertUnlimited is a browser utility site, not a file-recovery or file-hosting service. Because supported tools do not send file contents to a server, there is no backend record of what you processed to restore if a local file, browser tab, or download is lost.
